Shrimp Boil
Big Boiling Pot with Basket
4 lbs Fresh Gulf Shrimp, you know they're pretty big
2 lb Small Red Potatoes
4 ears Fresh Corn
1 tbs Zaterains Shrimp Boil Liquid
3 tbs Old Bay Seasoning
Salt for Shrimp Brine to taste
Butter Butter Butter

Fill Big Boiling Pot 1/2 of the way with water.  Add Zaterains, Old Bay

Prepare Shrimp
Since I don't want to become personally acquainted with my dinner before I eat it, I choose to remove the heads from the shrimp before I prepare them.  I pop the heads off, and let my Beau use them for fish bait when he runs out of live bait. Be careful with those sharp shrimp barbs.  They hurt!!!

After I pop the heads off, I put the meaty tails (still in the shell) in a salt water/brine bath for at least 30 minutes to purge and de-vein the shrimp.

Prepare Corn and Potatoes
Wash potatoes and cut into edible pieces.
Shuck the corn and remove cornsilk
