Affiliate Marketing Assistant
I am looking for three (3) awesome Virtual Assistants to help our company manage and develop multiple Social Media strategies for my business as well as assist with day to day duties. This will be an ongoing partnership with the right candidate currently looking for someone 5-10 hours a week and that I can talk to via gchat/email to go over daily tasks.
The right candidate must pass a MS Word and Excel Intermediate Text. Experience in HTML, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Digg and other social networking tools is highly favorable. I need a Virtual Assistant to execute tactics which will increase traffic to our websites. These individuals will be assigned specific websites/blogs. Duties include the following tasks:
Assisting with writing articles to post on blogs
Manage a Facebook Fan page, including an opt-in form.
Create and manage mailing list and assist with writing newsletter and sending out to mailing list
Increase Social Media Presence: friends (Facebook), followers (Twitter), connections (LinkedIn)
Manage a Facebook and Twitter campaign - using the various Twitter tools available: refollow, socialoomph, Twittalyser to get a better following. Set up scheduled Tweets.
Post articles to blog, tweet, update fan page, post videos, etc.daily
Submit articles (to be provided) to Article Submitter account; add to blog page of site and Ping.
Syndicate articles on The Unified Tribe. BetterNetworker, LinkedIn, Facebook, Digg that have already been submitted Article Submitter.
Also willing to assist with day to day operation of business with administrative task such as returning phone calls, emails and research.
Must speak english, familiar with HTML, Powerpoint, transcribing notes as needed, word, excel, photo editing software and email marketing.
